Our organizational structure
Lexus Insurance Services works in close partnership with Toyota Motor Europe, their National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC`s), Toyota Financial Services, and their retailer network and local partners. Our holding company is MS&AD who is Japan’s largest insurer and a major Toyota Motor Corporation stakeholder since the 1950s. In Europe we are known as Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe.
LEXUS EUROPEAN INSURANCE COMPETENCE CENTRE
Established in 1999, as a joint venture between AND-E (majority shareholder) and Toyota Financial Services UK,, Lexus Insurance Services is Lexus Europe’s in-house insurance competence centre
We serve Lexus by providing cutting-edge insurance expertise and delivering excellent customer experiences, aligned with Lexus’ luxury standards, especially when help is needed most.
Our mission is clear – to explore opportunities that extend our reach to customers throughout Europe. In doing so, we proactively anticipate and meet the diverse needs of our customers across different regions, positioning ourselves as a growth partner and a thought leader within the insurance industry. We are continuously working on the expansion of new markets.

AND-E’s insurance presence in Europe is rooted in six key locations, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, and Belgium. Expanding our horizons, we collaborate with local strategic partners, extending our distribution network across over 30 countries in the Nordic, Baltic, Adriatic and Balkan regions.

Due to the extremely varied regulatory and social landscape in Europe, Lexus Insurance Services operates in many markets with local insurance partners. These companies are best suited to meet local customer needs and ensure a detailed understanding of insurance regulation across Europe.
MEETING PAN-EUROPEAN CHALLENGES
Like everyone at Lexus, we are very customer centric in our approach. So, thanks to our partnerships, we understand customers have different needs. Therefore, product availability in every market is subject to local practices, regulation and of course according to customer needs.
This means, our local Lexus Insurance Service branches will always take the lead in creating a bespoke insurance offer. E.g. some of our national branches market have additional covers, that is only available in their local market.
